A division bench of the Lahore High Court has suspended the notice of the Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA) for sealing a weaving unit named Farrukh Weaving Factory Faisalabad due to non-registration with PRA.
The division bench also issued stay order to stop any action against the Unit and resolve issue that whether a sales tax registered person with the Federal Board of Revenue as manufacturing unit can be registered as services providing unit with PRA, within 15 days. During the hearing, Amjad Malik advocate explained the case before the division bench Lahore High Court.
