Sambrial Bar Association President Chaudhry Azhar Nadeem Cheema advocate along with his supporters called on Pakistan Muslim League-Q (PML-Q) senior central leader and former Deputy Prime Minister Chaudhry Parvez Elahi at his residence here on Tuesday and announced joining the party with his supporters. Cheema expressed confidence in the leadership of Shujat Hussain and Parvez Elahi and measures taken by them for welfare of the lawyers.
Welcoming Chaudhry Azhar Nadeem Cheema advocate in the party fold, Elahi said that with their joining the party will further strengthen its hold in Sialkot. He hoped that Azhar Nadeem Cheema and his colleague lawyers will play active role in strengthening the party. Elahi further said that his party had done exemplary work for lawyers' community during its tenure in the Punjab.
