In the fourth and decisive chukker, both the teams played attacking polo and kept on attacking each other goal but both couldn't produce a single goal and the chukker ended goalless. In the sudden death chukker, Mir Huzaifa once again proved his mettle and smashed a match-winning goal to steer Subway to a thrilling 6-5 triumph. Azam Haya Noon and Taimur Hayat Noon officiated the match as field umpires.
