KP Chief Minister Pervez Khattak has dispelled the impression of any differences between PTI and JI, adding all coalition partners of the provincial government are on the same page and those creating misunderstanding will find nothing.
Addressing a reception at a seminary of Jalozai and a public meeting at Jabba Khattak, the chief minister said that the Managing Director (MD) Bank of Khyber (BoK) has surpassed his powers and an investigation has been directed against him.
District Nazim, Nowshera, Liaquat Khan Khattak, MNA Dr Imran Khan, MPA Mian Khaleeq-ur-Rehman, District Councillor, Sikandar Khan, Co-ordinator CM on Political Affairs, Hussain Ahmad Khattak, Mufti Ghulam Rehman and Maulana Hussain Ahmad.
Defending Provincial Minister for Finance, Muzaffar Said, he termed him as honest and responsible personality and provincial government has full confidence in him.
Talking about Pana Leaks, the chief minister said that it has shaken the corridor of powers and expressed hope for better end of the issue. He said anyone who had transferred capital abroad should be made accountable.
The chief said that if Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif is innocent then he would be required to prove it and also prove that the sources of such huge assets of his sons. He said that the matter would not stop here rather would go forward.
He ruled out any compromise with federal government over the provincial rights including payment of outstanding arrears in head of net-profit and China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC). He said that the chairman PTI, Imran Khan is battling the war of principles.
The chief minister said that PTI would comeback in the general elections of 2018 on the basis of its performance and re-established government in the province and the next prime minister of the country will be Imran Khan.
He said that youth are the assets of the PTI, which hand mandated it for bringing change in the system and also brought their elders out of the outdated and traditional politics.
The chief minister said that the PTI-led provincial government gives respect to youth and also considers that consents. He said that in past corruption and commission were rampant and poor were exploited.
The chief minister on this occasion announced the up-gradation of several primary schools to middle level and middle schools to secondary level and also announced development projects for Jabba Khattak.
During visit to the seminary, he said that religious teaching institutions are largest non-governmental organisations (NGOs) of the world, which are crucial sources of the provision of free education to the children of poor. He said that clerics have played important role in the progress and development of the country. He also shown deep interest in the Quranic Garden established in the seminary.
