President, Korangi Association of Trade and Industry (KATI), Zahid Saeed has lauded the role and efforts of Pakistan Council of Scientific & Industrial Research (PCSIR) for industrial development in the country. He said that scientific research was a precondition for industrial development, and as an institution PCSIR was putting up its efforts to meet this task.
He also appreciated the PCSIR's planned seminar and exhibition on the topic of industrial development and economy. Senior Vice President Saleem-Uz-zaman said that without technological enhancement industry cannot find the way out of many problems it was facing. He said that without a wide scope of R&D industry could not sustain in this time of modern technology. "PCSIR is going to conduct a important event, this event will provide us an opportunity to finding solutions of industry-related problems in the light of scientific research and technology," said Vice President Syed Wajid Hussain said.
