Vice Chancellor LUMHS Professor Noshad A Shaikh has announced to establish a new Dental College at Hyderabad. Visiting the Dental Out Patient Department at Liaquat University Hospital Hyderabad Professor Noshad said that the entire existing Dental OPD will be upgraded /renovated by the University so that the dental patients can be treated in best possible environment.
He added that keeping in view a large number of dental patients there is a need to produce more Dental graduates so that they can serve the community. He informed that the new dental college shall be established in an already existing building near the Liaquat University Hospital Hyderabad with a separate state of art Out Patient Department. The Vice Chancellor also announced to establish an Oral maxillofacial Surgery Ward with a modern Operation Theatre to deal with the patients with trauma and oral diseases.
