On the auspicious occasion of the 65th anniversary of the establishment of the diplomatic relations between the People's Republic of China and the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, I would like to extend to Your Excellency warm congratulations and good wishes.
Over the past 65 years since the establishment of the diplomatic relations, China and Pakistan have always enjoyed mutual understanding, mutual respect and mutual support from each other. Our two countries have established rock-solid political mutual trust, developed all-weather friendship and carried out all-round cooperation. China has always taken Pakistan as the priority of its foreign policy. I stand ready to work with Your Excellency to make unremitting efforts to promote the development of the closer all-weather strategic cooperative partnership between China and Pakistan. May I wish China-Pakistan friendship become even stronger as time goes by.
