Profiteers, sellers of sub-standard items held in Mohmand

The political administration in Lower Mohmand Ekkaghound areas of Mohmand Agency apprehended profiteers, sub-standard materials seller shopkeepers.
On the directives of Assistant Political Agent Naveed Akbar, tehsildar Shehrayar along-with Levy and Khassadr forces raided on the bazaar and took action against profiteers and cheaters and arrested 23 shopkeepers for overcharging and sub-standards materials. It also seized substandard food items and imposed fines on those involved in overcharging and selling such food items. During the raid tehsildar examines the fruits, vegetables; hotels which have no cleanliness; sub-standard meat were also recovered from the butchers in the bazaar. Various hotels were sealed due to poor condition and management of cleanliness and use of sub-standard materials. "Most of the fruits and vegetables vendors were sent to lockup because they don't have the government price list" said Shehrayar Khan.
