US Consul General Zachary Harkenrider held a long meeting with Pakistan Muslim League (PML-Q) President and former Prime Minister Chaudhry Shujat Hussain, senior central leader and former Deputy Prime Minister Chaudhry Parvez Elahi and MNA and Member of Opposition team in Panama Leaks ToRs Committee Tariq Bashir Cheema on Saturday. During the meeting held at PML-Q leaders' residence at Zahoor Elahi Road, views were exchanged at some length on national situation and Pak-US relations.
Chaudhry Shujat Hussain and Chaudhry Parvez Elahi said that sacrifices of armed forces and people of Pakistan in the war against terrorism are unprecedented, brave and courageous Pak Army is carrying out operation against terrorism successfully despite difficult circumstances, they added.
