Punjab Minister for Minority Affaires and Human Rights Khalil Tahir Sindhu has said that all entire machinery of the Punjab government is mobilised for the monitoring of Ramazan Bazaars for providing essential commodities to the consumers on reduced prices.
He was inspecting the Ramazan Bazaars Faizan-e-Madina chowk Susan Road, Peoples Colony No 2 and other areas. He checked the qualities and prices of the fruits/vegetables and other grocery items on different stalls and asked the supervisory staff to keep a vigil eye on the supply and quality of the essential commodities. He went to the stalls of Sasti Sugar and examined the sale process. He said that additional counter should be established in case of consumers rush on any stall.
