JI Chief Senator Sirajul Haq has appointed a young leader Zubair Safdar as Media Coordinator of the JI. Muhammad Zubair Safdar is a former Nazim-e-Aalaa of the Islami Jamiat-e-Talaba, and has also worked as assistant secretary general of the International Islamic Students Federation. At present, he is deputy chief of the JI Islamabad and member of the JI provincial Shoora. He is associated with a private university as a Research Scholar.
JI Information Secretary Ameer ul Azeem has welcomed the appointment of Zubair and expressed the hope that this addition in the media team would help promote the JI contacts and influence in the print and electronic as also the social media.
