The Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) arrested a wanted terrorist during a crackdown here on Monday. According to details, the CTD team responding to an intelligence report conducted operation in Battagram district during which it arrested a terrorist of banned outfit identified as Furqan. The detainee dressed in women clothes was involved in attack on police check post in Peshawar on July 09, in which one cop was martyred while another was critically injured and several other terrorist attacks. The nabbed terrorist was shifted to an undisclosed location for further interrogation.
