The Supreme Court on Monday was urged to issue directives to the federal government to avoid consultation with the opposition parties on ToRs for constitution of Judicial Commission on Panama Leaks on the grounds that the government itself is authorised to form the commission to probe the Panama Leaks.
Filing a constitutional petition on behalf of Lawyers Forum, A K Dogar termed the government consultation with the opposition parties for ToRs on the Panama Leak Commission illegal.
Dogar also submitted that pressure of Opposition to form ToRs for Judicial Commission to probe Panama papers is also unconstitutional
