"A foreign placement centre has also been established in TEVTA to place the TEVTA graduates abroad at attractive package, for that in last 8 months more than 800 students have been placed directly by TEVTA in UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Malaysia, etc. For that purpose few delegations were sent to above countries to promote our skilled workforce. The expenses on travel to these countries were borne by some donor agencies like GIZ, British council etc and remaining expenses were incurred by TEVTA.
"As per the bylaws of TEVTA, powers have been delegated to the Chairman to hire consultants/experts for a period of 6-months extendable to another six months to get the any task done or to fill the deficiency of experts/specialists in specific fields which is very much in accordance with the PPRA/TEVTA rules and regulations. Accordingly, all rules/regulations and legal formalities have been taken into consideration while hiring any consultant / expert in last two years."-PR
