Federal Minister for Water & Power Kh. Muhammad Asif met Punjab Chief Minister Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif, here Wednesday and discussed matters regarding pace of energy projects. Speaking on the occasion, the Chief Minister said that strenuous efforts for coping with energy crisis are yielding positive results and work is continuing on power projects speedily.
He said that thousands of megawatt additional electricity will be available by the end of 2017 due to completion of several power projects and the promise of elimination of load shedding will be fulfilled under the leadership of Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif.
