"We are focused to train our youth, especially belonging to the interior Sindh in modern vocational courses so that they can able to earn their livelihood respectfully. This was said by the Executive Director NAVTTC, Zulfiqar Ahmad Cheema during a meeting with Karachi Chamber of Commerce and Industry. He said that efforts are being made to select the best and fully equipped vocational institutes so that state of the art training is imparted in those trades which are in demand not only in the domestic but also international market.
He said that Toyota Motors is soon to set up a world class institute at Karachi where NAVTTC's students will also be trained. He further added that the students will also be trained at the Marine Academy which will increase their chances of acquiring jobs manifold. Zulfiqar Cheema asked the members of the chamber to establish a modern high quality training institute and ensured them of technical assistance from NAVTTC. On this occasion, President of Karachi Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Younis Bashir, praised the services of Zulfiqar Ahmad Cheema and assured their full support and assistance. -PR
