A function of Hamdard Naunehal Assembly Karachi chapter, comprised speeches, national songs, tableaus and dua-i-Said, held recently on the theme: "Freedom ought to be guided by wisdom and intellect (Saying of Hakim Said)" at a local hotel. Sadia Rashid, President, Hamdard Foundation Pakistan in her message, read by Hakim Mohammed Usman, Dy Director Programme Hamdard, in the function, said that only wishes could not change the destiny of a nation, but it needed continuous struggle with discipline, hard work with integrity and attainment of modern knowledge. She said that collective struggle and hard labour were the keys to open the doors of progress and development.
