PARIS: Tunisia's state grains agency bought in an international tender on Wednesday 25,000 tonnes of soft wheat, 50,000 tonnes of feed barley and 75,000 tonnes of durum, traders said.
The soft wheat was bought from trading house Olam at $249.11 a tonne, cost and freight (/t c&f), they said.
The barley purchase comprised one 25,000 tonne consignment at $262.67/t c&f sold by Glencore and another 25,000 tonnes at $262.68/t c&f sold by Casillo.
The durum was all sold by Glencore, comprising three 25,000 tonne consignments at $270.73/t c&f, $272.48/t c&f and $274.29/t c&f, the traders said.
