The Supreme Court has issued its cause lists for Lahore registry for the week after Eid-ul-Azha holidays. The bench No 1 comprising Justice Mian Saqib Nisar and Justice Manzoor Ahmad Malik would hear suo motu case about child-abduction cases on September 16.
The bench No 2 comprising Justice Sheikh Azmat Saeed, Justice Umar Ata Bandial and Justice Ijazul Ahsan will hear family, banking, insurance and service matters.
The Lahore High Court chief justice also constituted four special benches at principal seat to hear cases of Gujranwala, Faisalabad, Sargodha and Sahiwal divisions after Eid holidays besides 32 single and 13 division benches.
A division bench comprising Justice Mirza Viqas Rauf and Justice Sardar Muhammad Sarfraz Dogar will take up the NAB related cases.
