16th Western China International Trade Fair: meeting held to finalise FPCCI's participation

The 21st meeting of FPCCI Standing Committee on fairs, exhibitions and delegations was held on at Federation House under the Chairmanship of Abdul Rahim Janoo to finalise FPCCI's participation in the upcoming 16th Western China International Trade Fair. The balloting session for allocation of stalls was conducted by Abdul Rahim Janoo under the fair and transparent policy adopted by FPCCI since last year.
All the exhibitors actively participated in the balloting session. The exhibitors appreciated the efforts and transparent policies of FPCCI and Abdul Rahim Janoo. They expressed their satisfaction over the process of balloting which was introduced by FPCCI in the year 2015 which gives an equal opportunity to all the participating exhibitors in stall selection.
The exhibitors said "The policy adopted by FPCCI of conducting balloting is honest and fair to all the exhibitors since everyone has an equal chance of allocation of stalls. We have been motivated by this policy and will participate in further exhibitions organized by FPCCI." On the advice of Abdul Rahim Janoo, a Co-ordinator and Assistant Co-ordinator was picked for the exhibition from within the participating exhibitors. All exhibitors were given an opportunity and the co-ordinators were picked through balloting.-PR
