UNGA speech: PML-Q flays Nawaz for keeping mum on India's interference in Balochistan
PML-Q President Chaudhry Shujat Hussain and central leader Chaudhry Parvez Elahi have criticised Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif for remaining silent over Narendra Modi's threats and open admission of interfering in Pakistan's internal affairs.
"All our national institutions provided complete and concrete proofs to Nawaz Sharif about Modi's interference in Balochistan and involvement in terrorism in Pakistan, but Nawaz Sharif made no mention of these in his speech in the General Assembly," they added.
"Modi himself has admitted terrorism for separation of East Pakistan, but now after undertaking activities of terrorism in Balochistan through RAW and arrest of in service Indian army officer Kulbhushan Yadav, under UN Resolution 1373 Modi government is guilty of war against Pakistan and international terrorism," they pointed out. They regretted that despite these provocations Nawaz Sharif said nothing in this regard because of his friendship with Modi. Nawaz invited Modi to his house on marriage of his granddaughter; this is the reason that Nawaz Sharif is silent despite worst Indian terrorism in Pakistan.
They said the Kashmiris themselves have kept the Kashmir issue alive by offering sacrifice of their lives.
Addressing a big gathering on the occasion of 35th death anniversary of Chaudhry Zahoor Elahi Shaheed, the PML_Q leaders accused the Nawaz/Shahbaz Sharif government of destroying all sectors including health and education.
Chaudhry Zahoor Elahi s death anniversary was observed with due reverence and respect in Gujrat. After recitation from Holy Quran, flower wreath was laid on the grave and "fateha" was offered.
