Federal Tax Ombudsman (FTO) Abdul Rauf on Wednesday said that in order to provide relief and to facilitate the people, more Regional FTO Secretariats would be established soon. While addressing the members of Sialkot Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCI) he said the proposed FTO offices would be established in Sialkot and Gujranwala to facilitate the members of the business community and tax payers.
He further said that the FTO Secretariat were located in Karachi, Quetta, Lahore, Faisalabad and Peshawar and functioning properly. Any person he said can file complaint with FTO if he feels aggrieved by any action or inaction of any functionary of the Revenue/FBR or its field formations which involve injustice and maladministration.
