Pakistan Rangers (Sindh) have issued Moharram-related high security alert urging people to keep their CNICs and vehicles documents with them to avoid difficulty during snap checking. Aaj News quoted a spokesman for the Rangers (Sindh) as saying on Friday night that their cops would have checking machines that are connected with NADRA date-base. He said that people must keep their computerised national identity cards and documents of their vehicles while travelling. The alert was issued in view of possible security threats particularly to Moharram-related congregations and processions.
