Special Envoy to the Prime Minister on Kashmir Senator Lieutenant General Abdul Qayyum (Retd) apprised former British field marshal and chief of defence British army Lord Guthrie about the situation in Indian Occupied Kashmir. During a meeting, Senator Abdul Qayyum briefed the former field marshal about prevailing regional situation in South Asia and threats posed to the regional and world peace due to delayed peaceful solution of the Kashmir dispute.
