The Punjab Provincial Development Working Party approved the development scheme of Urban Development Sector with an estimated cost of Rs 497.750 million. The scheme was approved in the 22nd meeting of Provincial Development Working Party (PDWP) of current fiscal year 2016-17 presided over by the Punjab Chairman P&D Board Muhammad Jahanzeb Khan here on Tuesday.
Secretary P&DD Iftikhar Ali Sahoo, all Members of the Planning & Development Board, Provincial Secretaries concerned and other senior representatives of the relevant Provincial Departments also attended the meeting. According to spokesman for P&DD, the approved development scheme included Provision of clean drinking water, sewerage system, PCC and allied facilities in Sheranwala Gate, Fazal Park and adjoining abadies, Lahore at the cost of Rs 497.750 million.
