The Pakistan-Afghanistan Parliamentary friendship group (PFG) in the National Assembly of Pakistan met under its Convenor Aftab Ahmad Khan Sherpao MNA on Thursday. The PFG expressed great concern over the deterioration of Pakistan-Afghanistan relations and reiterated its position that it is in the interest of the people and the governments of both nations that we build a strong and stable relationship, according to a communiqué issued by Qaumi Watan Party, here on Thursday. The PFG stressed the importance of parliamentary diplomacy which has played vital role in improving Pak-Afghan ties.
