The Technical Education and Vocational Training Authority (TEVTA) with the collaboration of Gujrat Chamber of Commerce and Industry will introduce demand-driven employable trades in Gujrat city. New courses will be offered in the field of furniture, ceramics and fan industry. The decision was taken in a meeting between Chairperson TEVTA Irfan Qaiser Sheikh and President Gujrat Chamber Sheikh Abrar Saeed.
Irfan said that products of furniture, ceramics and fan industry of Gujrat are very popular at national and international level. The TEVTA will provide trained manpower in these sectors, so that the poor youth of this area may get jobs easily.
