Secretary General, Jamaat-e-Islami, Liaqat Baloch, has said that Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif and his team were responsible for the present crisis and the key to the solution was also with them. Addressing a press conference at the Lahore Press Club on Monday, he said if the Prime Minister picked up courage even now and announced the Judicial Commission, the whole thing would be on track.
The JI Secretary General said that the PM and his team did not attach any importance to the Panama leaks issue but now they were upset and did not know how to satisfy the masses. He pointed out that the PM had addressed the nation twice on the issue and had also addressed the Parliament. He said that the ToRs for the Judicial Commission had also been finalised by the joint parliamentary committee of the government and the opposition. However, he said, the result was zero because the government was not sincere.
