SSGC holds EoGM, elects new directors

The Extraordinary General Meeting (EoGM) of the shareholders of SSGC was held on October 28, 2016 at a local hotel to elect eleven members of the Board of Directors of the Company, for a period of three years commencing from the date of elections. The election of Directors was held in accordance with the provisions of Sections 187 and 180 of the Companies Ordinance, 1984. The meeting was chaired by former Director Sardar Rizwan Kehar.
The names of the directors elected through balloting are Muftah Ismail, Furkan Bahadur Khan, Syed Ghazanfar Abbas Jilani, Sardar Rizwan Kehar, Azhar Ali Chaudhry, Qazi Muhammad Saleem Siddiqui, Nawabzada Riaz Noushervani, Mohammad Riaz Khan, Abdul Gufran, Agha Sher Shah, and Mirza Mahmood Ahmed.-PR
