PCB body finalises recommendation for BoGs

The audit committee of the Board of Governors (BoGs) of Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) which met with Masood Khan in the chair, finalised its recommendations for presentation before the BoGs in its meeting to be held next month. The other members of the Audit Comm are Najam Sethi, Chairman executive committee, Badar Khan, CFO and internal auditor Bhatti.
The committee recommended strengthening of the internal audit department and rigorous and continuing review and oversight of all functions of PCB administration, including PSL, far end pavilion and various other infrastructure projects in the pipeline. The PCB would also like to point out that the list of those players who were categorised in the central contracts was exclusively and independently made by a committee appointed by the Chairman PCB Shaharyar Khan comprising the National Selectors, Mudassar Nazar, Director Academies and General Manager International Cricket Operations who liaises between PCB and contracted players.
