Chief Minister Punjab Shahbaz Sharif has expressed deep sorrow and grief over the death of former president Jamia Ashrafia, Maulana Mufti Hameed Ullah Jan, on Monday. In a condolence message, the chief minister paid tributes to the religious services of Mufti Hameed Ullah Jan and said the late had rendered invaluable services for the propagation of Islam. He said the nation had lost a prominent scholar.
