The Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) in the wee hours of Monday apprehended four terrorists during an operation in Sargodha. According to the CTD, on a tip off the presence of terrorists, the CTD carried out a raid at a house in Umer Park near Sargodha's General Bus Stand, and detained four terrorists.
The arrested terrorists belonged to banned Tehreek-e-Taliban and they were planning to target sensitive installations.
The law enforcers have also recovered weapons and four suicide jackets from their possession.
The arrested terrorists were identified as Dawood Khan, Mumtaz Khan, Dilawar Khan and Abdul Kareem.
They were shifted to unknown place for further interrogation.
