KP CM Pervez Khattak has said that their resolve unshaken to bring corrupt rulers to justice adding to that their mission is to take this struggle to its logical end. He was addressing PTI workers on Swabi Motorway before his departure to Islamabad for participation in the Thanks Giving Public Gathering.
On arrival at Swabi Interchange, the chief minister was accorded warm welcome. On this occasion, Speaker, KP Assembly, Asad Qaiser, provincial ministers, Mohammad Atif Khan, Shahram Khan Tarakai, Mian Jamshiduddin Kakakhel, Advisors to CM, Akbar Ayub, Mushtaq Ahmad Ghani, MNA Dr Imran Khattak, District Nazim, Liaquat Khattak and a large number of PTI workers were also present on the occasion. Talking about retreat from Burhan Interchange, the chief minister said that he is still standing by his stance and denied taking any u-turn. He said that party leadership after consultations has made a unanimous decision to wait for the decision of the apex court.
Pervez Khattak said that the rulers had devised a plan to crush peaceful political workers and resorted to brutal force by exploiting government
Resources. He said that they decided to avoid clash to protect the lives of their workers. He said that they are peaceful and believe in staging protest in peaceful manner. The chief minister said that govt used force and fired tear gas shells on the participants of the rally, but with the blessing of Allah no loss of human life occurred.
