PIA has operated 3738 international and domestic flights in the month of October with an airline punctuality of 95.5 percent and an overall punctuality of 88 percent. PIA spokesman said the passengers have expressed their deep satisfaction over the onboard facilities and have termed their travel with PIA as an amazing experience.
He said the passengers have also urged to expand PIA fleet in line with the revival plan.
It may be noted that the PIA's CEO Bernd Hildenbrand has pointed out in a recent discussion that improvements are being made in every department of the airline to bring it in the top 100 airlines of the world.
He said reliability is most important for an airline for which the management and employees deserve appreciation as the punctuality performance of PIA is second only to Saudi Airlines in the region.
