KP Governor, Iqbal Zafar Jhagra has said that training is an important component of human resource development, which builds up leadership qualities and confidence amongst officers to meet the expectations of the public and the government. The training, he said updated knowledge of the officers, inculcate skills and help in promoting the team spirit.
He expressed these views while addressing the certificate distribution ceremony of 2nd Junior Command Course, 75th Pre-Service Course for Tehsildars & 76th in-service PMS Officers here at Governor's House, Peshawar on Wednesday.
The governor also distributed certificates among the officers on their successful training from Pak Provincial Services Academy.
