ASF recovers fire arm from passenger

The Airport Security Force (ASF) recovered a weapon from a passenger at the Allama Iqbal International airport on Monday, said the civil aviation sources. According to details, the ASF staff detected one 30 bore pistol along with five bullets and a magazine during a search of the luggage of a passenger from district Sheikhupura. The ASF recovered weapon from the luggage of Farooq Ashraf and his spouse Shakila Farooq. Both of them were departing for Saudi Arabia to perform Umrah. According to the ASF sources, the passengers were allowed to travel once proved that they were carrying the weapon by mistake.
