Managing Director, Punjab Education Foundation Tariq Mahmood said this while presiding over a departmental meeting with Monitoring and Evaluation team at his office. Deputy Managing Director, Programme Directors and different officials attended the meeting. The meeting reviewed the departmental performance of Monitoring and Evaluation department in detail.
He informed that PEF has set up Centralised Complaint Cell (CCC) in the head office to expeditiously dispose of public complaints to better serve to the general public and other stakeholders.
He stressed to formulate Centralised Complaint Cell more user friendly, vigorous and robust so that so that public complaints could be redressed well in time. MD PEF instructed all programme directors to inform the partner schools owners to submit their succession details on an affidavit, to help reduce issues arising in case of death of the school owner.
He further instructed PEF officials to take strict measures against the fraudulent elements, who deceive the private school owners with regards to getting partnership with PEF. He also directed the officials to upload circular against these elements on official website.
