Indian brutalities in IOK: AJK PM seeks effective role of European Commission
Prime Minister of Azad Jammu and Kashmir Raja Farooq Haider has urged upon the European Commission on human rights to play an effective role in order to prevent Indian brutalities against innocent Kashmiris in occupied Kashmir. While talking to member of European Commission on human rights in Brussels, the Prime Minister also called the Commission for prompt notice on massive human rights violations by Indian forces.
Raja Farooq Haider said, Kashmiris need help from outside of the world special Europe should come forward to stop genocide and brutal crimes against humanity in IHK.
Regarding impression of preference of commercial ties of the world with India, Raja Farooq Haider emphasised that Issue of human right could not be compromised for commercial interests as human values remain preferred in many parts of the globe. He said, "Uprisings in Indian Kashmir was not a new phenomenon while Kashmiris are suffering for seven decades. About Uri's incident, he said it was Indian drama to divert attention from atrocities against the peaceful Kashmiris." He also asked EU to keep in view human rights situation in the Held Kashmir while having free trade agreement with India.
