The police submitted a report on Wednesday to District and Sessions Judge (East), Islamabad, about the attachment of former President and army chief Pervez Musharraf's properties. The report was submitted to the Sessions Judge (East) Islamabad in compliance with the court's earlier orders, which had directed police to attach Musharraf's properties under Section 88 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (CrPC).
The District and Sessions Judge (East) attached the Chak Shehzad farmhouse of the former president for his inability to appear before the court despite repeated summons.
