Pakistan has handed over a dossier to United Nations Military Observer Group (UNMOGIP) on martyrdom of four children by India forces at Khuiratta sector of Line of Control and asked the Observer Group to investigate the incident, according to media reports.
According to media reports observers of UNMOGIP met with officials at General Head Quarter (GHQ) Rawalpindi where they were informed on firing by India on LoC. The reports attributed to Foreign Office spokesperson stated that detailed dossier was given to Representative of UNMOGIP on Sunday with respect to violation of LoC by Indian forces and martyrdom of four children in Khuiratta Sector on Saturday.
Pakistan has also called upon the UNMOGIP to investigate the incident on the basis of the details of evidence provided to them.
Minister for Kashmir Affairs Chaudhary Barjees Tahir according to media report has also stated that world community should take serious notice of unprovoked Indian firing along the Loc and the Working Boundary. Indian aggression will badly affect world peace, he added.
He said that unarmed and innocent Kashmir's were being targeted by India forces on LoC and working boundary. Pakistan, he said has the right to respond to the Indian aggression on the LoC. Pakistan Army is protecting the motherland, he further stated.
He said that right of self determination and movement of freedom movement in Occupied Kashmir is getting more intense on the face of Indian brutalities and Pakistan will continue to provide moral, diplomatic and political support to the people of Kashmiri for their right to self-determination.
