Chairman Pakistan People's Party (PPP) Bilawal Bhutto Zardari on Monday said that a public gathering will be held to welcome Asif Zardari. However, he added in the same breath that it has not been decided yet that whether he would land in Rawalpindi, Lahore or Karachi. Talking to media at the residence of PPP leader Ashraf Bhatti, he said, former president Asif Ali Zardari's return to Pakistan had been decided and the party would determine a final date in this regard.
He said that he was focused on the democratic accountability of the government, foreign policy of Pakistan, CPEC and eradication of terrorism. To a query, he added, he would not comment on Chairman PTI Imran Khan because the media traps him on that front.
"We have bigger issues to discuss, I want to discuss more on our four demands from the government", he explained. Bilawal said National Action Plan had become N-league's plan and the Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan has failed to establish peace. He expressed hope that PM Nawaz Sharif would decide about the new army chief on merit. Earlier, Bilawal also participated in a Chehlum Majlis at Imambargah Darbar Hussain on Bedian Road.
