Computerised Electoral Roles: transfer to ECP to be completed by January 2017

A delegation of National Democratic Foundation headed by Kanwar Muhammad Dilshad, (Chairman), Sohail Kisat (Vice Chairman) met the Additional Secretary of Election Commission of Pakistan.
During the session, Additional Secretary Fida Muhammad and his team shared progress on various initiatives being taken for the success of upcoming General Elections 2018. Additional Secretary of ECP said the transfer of Computerised Electoral Roles to the ECP would be completed by January 2017. The infrastructure was ready and the required human resource trained, he said.
A meeting of ECP official was held with delegation of National Democratic Foundation (NDF) at Secretariat of ECP. The objective of the meeting was to discuss the areas of mutual cooperation between ECP and NDF to strengthen the role and functions of the ECP for upcoming General Elections 2018.
