Kastamonu University Turkey and the University of Agriculture Faisalabad will collaborate in academia and research. This was discussed at the concluding session of international conference on forestry and environment.
Addressing on the occasion, Turkish University Rector Dr Seyit Aydin said the faculty and students programme would be kicked off between the both institutions to get benefit from each other experiences. He said there were many areas in the agriculture and environmental sciences in which collaborated work be initiated. He said both countries were enjoying the good relations based on the brotherhood, adding they considered Pakistani as their brothers.
Earlier, UAF Vice Chancellor Prof Dr Iqrar Ahmad Khan said both countries were enjoying excellent ties, adding UAF was partnered with Turkey in many projects and working on the research and poverty alleviation programmes.
