A large number of associations and trade bodies have announced to support the Businessman Panel and the Pakistan Business Group (alliance) candidates for FPCCI elections for 2017.
Trade and industrial associations of Faisalabad have declared their support for Mian Anjum Nisar, Khawaja Shahzeb Akram and Mian Usman Zulfiqar who have been nominated for senior vice president, vice president (Associate Class Punjab) and vice president (Chamber Class Punjab) respectively in the elections of FPCCI. According to the Pakistan Industrial and Traders Association Front (PIAF) spokesman, Mian Anjum Nisar, visited Faisalabad along with former presidents of the Lahore Chamber of Commerce & Industry Muhammad Ali Mian, Engineer Sohail Lashari, Tanveer Ahmed Sufi (vice chairman PIAF), Muhammad Ali Mian and former LCCI vice president Malik Tahir Javaid, Chairman Lahore Township Industrial Association, Javed Iqbal Siddiqui, and others.
Speaking on the occasion, Mian Anjum Nisar said that he would utilise his best abilities to make the Federation of Pakistan Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FPCCI) a true platform for the business community.
