Speakers at a seminar on personality development stressed on the need to have a balanced and flexible personality coupled with excellent communication skills to reap the benefits of emerging opportunities in the world.

UAF Vice Chancellor Prof Dr Iqrar Ahmad Khan underlined the need of change of mind when the youth go to get public jobs after graduation because the world is full of ever-new horizons and university students should hone their professional as well as communication skills to tap the growing business potential in the world. He urged the youth to make critical analysis of their daily affairs to make their tomorrow better than the last day. He congratulated the Physics Department on holding the seminar on the very significant issue that the youths are confronting with. He hoped that the session would benefit all the participants to bring a pleasant change in the society.
Earlier, in his lecture on personality development and grooming, Commander Dr. M. Naeem Tariq, Deputy Director Naval Headquarters, Islamabad, said that personality is a combination of appearance and behaviour that made a person distinctive from rest of the individuals. He urged the participants to overcome their weakness and defeat the negative forces from their inside that will bring a new change in the society. Motivated people, he said, perform exceptionally well than the educated and lazy individuals.
"Our youth, having an unwavering faith in their skills and abilities, should appreciate the good things in their spheres and burn the midnight oil if they want to change the society," he urged.
Prof Dr Muhammad Javaid thanked the guest speaker and urged the youth to work hard and drive their future with full vigour to put a positive impact in the society.
Chairman Department of Physics Dr Yasir Jamil said that they are inculcating their students with excellent professional and communication skills to make them shining stars.
