Message from T.I. Order of Merit Chairman, Pak-UAE Business Council, The Federation of Pakistan Chambers of Commerce & Industry

Dr Mirza Ikhtiar Baig, Chairman PAK-UAE Business Council of FPCCI and President Hon. Consular Corps Sindh Karachi Pakistan greeted in his message of felicitation on the 45th National Day of UAE. He said that during 45 years of the development of UAE under the dynamic leadership of His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan and Prime Minister, Vice President and Ruler of Dubai, His Highness Sheikh Mohammad bin Rashid Al Maktoum is remarkable and a role model for the world.
Pakistan enjoys historical and excellent relationship with UAE, there are more than 400,000 expatriate Pakistanis residing in UAE and contributing for the development and progress of UAE in their respective fields. UAE was the single largest investors in Pakistan whereas the investment of Pakistanis in UAE in real estate is estimated at US $25 billion. UAE is one of the biggest commercial and trading hub of the world, the trade volume between UAE and Pakistan is about US $9 billion comprising US $3 billion exports and US $6 billion imports from UAE. Dr Baig prayed Allah Almighty let UAE further prosper in time to come under the able and dynamic leadership of present rulers of UAE.
