To take Customer Care a level up, PTCL Touch app was launched. This is a self-care app for smartphones which enables PTCL's customers to update account information, place orders for new PTCL services, register complaints, make bill inquiries and make payments. Also, extending the landline function, PTCL recently launched Smartlink app which gives customers the flexibility to make and receive landline calls from their smartphones utilising the landline tariff.
To provide world class entertainment content to people, PTCL recently became the only telecommunication company in Pakistan to collaborate with Netflix, the global internet television network. PTCL has hosted advanced caching servers and technical pairing with Netflix as part of the agreement. Similarly PTCL also hosts caching servers for Google, YouTube and Dailymotion offering superior viewing experience to the Pakistani consumer.
Infrastructural Upgrades
With the acquisition of advanced technology, PTCL has come a long way in its infrastructural upgrades.
