Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz has said that the reply submitted by Imran Khan regarding his Bani Gala residence has exposed all his lies further. On Monday, Addressing a joint press conference, Minister of State for Capital Administration and Development Division Dr Tariq Fazal Chaudhry and MNA Daniyal Aziz said that chairman of PTI was flanked by Jahangir Khan Tareen who had made property in the name of his servants, including cook and gardener.
They said that children of Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif have declared the details of their properties and submitted the documents to the Supreme Court. Tariq Fazal Chaudhry reacting to the chairman PTI's response submitted with the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) over a disqualification reference, said that reply of the chairman PTI negated Jemima's statements given earlier that she had never given loan to Khan.
He told that there was a chance that the contract would be annulled if the payment was delayed. Therefore, some of the amount was paid by Khan's first wife Jemima Khan. The PML-N leaders blamed the PTI leadership for using delaying tactics in the ECP regarding disqualification case as well as in the apex court about Panama Papers case, adding that the PTI has failed to provide any evidence before the court in Panama case.
Chaudhry said, "We want the case to be settled as soon as possible but Khan is using delaying tactics." Aziz said that Khan not only lied on the floor of the Parliament, but also on TV channels for 4 months about the selling of his London flat. Aziz said that Jemima Goldsmith has made it clear that she never gave any loan to Khan for purchasing Bani Gala property.
Chaudhry further said that PTI is trying to remain active in politics through protest demonstrations and levelling baseless allegations against others. He said that PTI has no evidence against Prime Minister regarding Panama Papers issue. He was of the view that the Prime Minister's stance in the case would be vindicated from the court.
