The government on Wednesday made bureaucratic reshuffle at the federal level. According to details, Secretary Civil Aviation Irfan Elahi has been given the additional charge of Chairman Pakistan International Airlines (PIA). Through another move, Special Secretary Ministry of Interior Shoaib Saddiqui has been transferred and posted as Secretary National Security Division.
The grade-22 officer of Pakistan Administrative Services Iftikhar Hussain Babar has been transferred and posted as Secretary Federal Ombudsman, whereas outgoing Secretary Ombudsman Pir Buksh Jamali has been posted as Secretary Kashmir Affairs, Gilgit-Baltistan.
Secretary Communication Khalid Masood has been transferred and posted as Secretary Religious Affairs. The Chairman National Highway Authority (NHA) has been given additional charge as Secretary Communication. Outgoing Secretary Religious Affairs Mirza Sohail Amir has been given new assignment as Secretary Overseas Pakistanis and Human Resource. Khizar Hayat has been appointed as MD PPRA. Outgoing MD PPRA Amir Hassan has been appointed Secretary National Heritage. Rabia has been given additional charge of Secretary Human Rights.
