SHC grants protective bail to ex-minister Jam Khan Shoro

The Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) leader had approached the high court seeking protective bail. Earlier, the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) issued arrest warrants for Shoro. NAB had also formed a team to arrest the PPP leader. He is accused of being involved in illegally allotting 19 plots of the Karachi Development Authority.
The SHC has granted him protective bail till November 8 while directing him to submit bail bonds worth Rs1 million, local media reported.
Last year in October, the bureau had launched an investigation against the PPP leader under Qamar Zaman Chaudhry's order.
